What are the payment options?

Following Payment options are available

1. Credit/Debit Card/Cheque/DD
2. Net Banking, NEFT, RTGS
3. EMI ( Equal Monthly Instalmetns)
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Purchase made through Cheque or DD we will process the order once the cheque or DD Clears. Don’t forget to mention order details, name and mobile number on the back side of your cheque or DD.

 How do I get refund paid through COD, how will I receive my refund?

  1. We will directly credit your account after receiving the product ( Return made as per “RETURN POLICY” Agreement)

    2) Name as on Account
    3) Name of Bank
    4) Account number
    5) IFSC Code



  1.  We will issue an account payee cheque, which you can deposit in your bank account.

How many days it will take once the order is shipped?

Once your product is dispatched, generally the courier takes 1-3 days to deliver the shipments in main cities. It might take about 7-10 days if the shipment address is in remote place.

How can i check my order status?

You may check the status of your order in 'My Account', once you login to your account using your registered email ID. In case your order is showing "pending", means the product is not shipped .If you see a "dispatch” you can see date, courier details.

How to track my shipments send by courier?

Once the product has been shipped, you will find the courier name and tracking number in your "My Account" section on our home page. You may click on the Courier Tracking Number to find the status of courier or contact the courier team.

My product has not been delivered but it is showing as delivered on courier website?

You may contact the courier partner to inquire about the reason for the update or visit their website for more details.

How will I know my order is placed successfully?

You will receive an email confirmation from once your order is successfully placed. This email will have all the details related to your order.

I have received an incorrect, duplicate (not genuine) product. What should I do?

The products are sent out by the sellers. We tell the sellers to ensure that they take all measures possible to send the same product which seller has advertised. However, in case of any occasional slip from the seller, please inform us within 24 hours after you receive the product. After verifying the facts we will ensure that you get either a replacement or refund is done.

I went to the service center; they are not ready to rectify my problem. What shall I do?

All the manufacturers have customer support departments just browse internet for details and contact the manufacture customer care.

Will I get the warranty on my product?

All the products available on our website are genuine and will have the full warranty as provided by the respective manufacturers/companies, for some products the warranty is given by the seller. Read carefully in the warranty clause before you buy a product or contact seller by email or on phone.

Why cannot i see the courier tracking details in “My Account”?

If you don't see any tracking data for your shipment either the estimated dispatch date from the seller has not yet passed.

My order status is RTO (Return to origin) on courier website?

In case the courier has updated your shipment update as RTO, this is being returned to the seller. You may contact the courier partner to know the reason for return or visit their website for more details.

In case it's a prepaid order (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking); we will initiate a refund within 5 days after receiving the product. You may also check the progress of your order in 'My Account'.

I was charged but my order was not confirmed.

This type of problems arises due to “NETWORK PROBLEM, BROWSER PROBLEM AND SERVER PROBLEM”. If you find that you have been charged and the order was not confirmed just call us on customer care number or email us at with your transaction details. We generally detect such type of problem within one hour of happening and we initiate refund process which will take 2 to 3 days to reflect in your bank account

How long does it take to get my refund?

It may take 3 to 4 working days to complete the refund in cases of net banking. In case of credit card it might take 3-7 working days for this credit to reflect into your bank account. You will receive an email from us with refund details, once the refund is completed from our side.

Can I get a proof of the refund processed?

Yes you will get proof of refund and an email from us with refund details.

How can I track my refund?

You may track the progress of your refund in "My Accounts".

Is the Payment System secured?

Yes, shopping at is 100% safe. All the online payments are made through our payment gateway.

What credit cards are supported?

Which Bank's Debit Cards are supported?

All Visa/Master Debit cards are accepted.

Payment through Internet Banking can be done through which banks?

We accept payment through Internet Banking for the national and private banks.

Is the EMI option available?

Yes, EMI option is available.

Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option? How can I buy using COD option?

Yes, cash on delivery (COD) payment option is available for some products only and in some places only for details enter your pin code in search. Payment has to be made only by CASH to our delivery partner at the time of taking delivery. We will not accept Cheque or Demand Drafts.
COD orders can be delivered only at select locations.COD maximum order value is Rs. 9999
COD shipments will take at least 5 to 7 days working days to deliver because it takes a longer process.

Would my product be safe from any kind of damages?

The products shipped are covered by marine in-transit insurance policy to cover the risk of damage & theft. You should not accept the packaging if found damaged. In case you have received a broken / damaged product, it should be reported to us within 24 hours from the dated and time of receipt, for more details read Returns Policy.

The product I received is Defective/ Damaged. What should I do?

We tell sellers to ensure that they take all measures possible to send quality products to you in a secure condition. Still, if you receive a defective item, you are requested to immediately contact customer care or the seller, please contact us within 24 hours from receiving this product, we will resolve.

There is no service station in my area. How do I get the product repaired?

You may write to the customer service team for the manufacturer or the brand. The relevant information would be available on the manufacturer's website. Of course you will get a suitable / alternate resolution from the manufacturer only.

How do I register?

Registration process is very simple and it doesn't even take 30 seconds. On top right hand corner of the page you will find “Register here". Once you are registered, you will receive a confirmation mail with you are user id and password.

How do I buy products?

We have thousands of products across multiple categories. You may search your desired product through our custom search or categories available. Click on add to cart & proceed to check out. Select your desired address & move to the payment page. Make payment & you get the Transaction ID for your order. You may also add multiple items in one single transaction or cart.

The selected product is showing Out of stock?

We suggest our sellers to keep an optimum inventory level. Still some products may go out of stock at the seller's end. In such cases we request you to leave your email address, as soon as the seller updates the stock you may be notified about the same.

How can I change my contact details / delivery details?

Yes, you can. Just log on to your "My Account" section on our home page and go to "My Profile" and you can add / change / edit contact details. Kindly note that this will impact only your future orders and the details for any order which is in progress would remain the same."

How can I login?

If you are a registered user then login at our website with your registered email id and password by clicking the Sign in link provided at the top right hand corner of our home page. If you are not a registered buyer or seller first resister and then login.

 I forget my password?

Go to the Login Page and then click the "forgot your password link. It will then ask you for your email id. Kindly provide your email id with which you have registered. An email will be sent to your email id to reset your password.

Why are multiple sellers shown? does not sell any product on its own. We provide the platform through which you can buy products through a large network of our reputed partners. We make sure that all our sellers are authentic and are in compliance with our terms and conditions so as to make your shopping experience safe and valuable.

Are your sellers authentic?

Yes, all our sellers are authentic and we make sure that we pick the best sellers among the whole lot. This is achieved through our very sound and strict selection criteria.

What is Seller Ratings?

Seller ratings are very crucial. Seller ratings are just like buyer referrals to other buyers. We encourage all its customers to rate sellers and help other buyers in decision making. If the rating is positive, it means a lot to the seller and motivates the sellers to perform even better and buyers can shop from a highly rated seller without a doubt. If the rating is negative, even then the seller gets a constructive feedback to improve. Seller rating system is 1 to 5 stars with 1 star being poor and 5 stars being the best. This rating is solely a feedback on your shopping experience with 'seller'.

How can I rate sellers?

You can only rate a seller if you have purchased an item from the seller. To rate a seller, just go to my order History page and below every item you purchased, you will see a link Rate this Seller. Click on this link and give a star rating as well as you can leave a comment (optional). You can rate the seller only once for every item purchased. You can rate a seller within 15 days of receiving the shipment.

What are the guidelines for seller rating?

  1. Leave a seller feedback on parameters like order fulfillment, packaging, condition, genuinely of product received etc
  2. Obscene or in-appropriate language is strictly prohibited while leaving a seller feedback, If found your member ship will be cancelled.
  3. Seller feedback should not include any promotional content such as comments or links to other websites
  4. Seller feedback should not include any personal information like contact number, e-mail ID, address etc
  5. Seller feedback should not include comments about product features.

    We at reserve every right to monitor, remove comments that violate our guidelines and Buyer and Seller Terms and Conditions.

How are we charged for shipping charges?

Shipping charges varies across products & categories. The shipping charges are mentioned in the product page. In most cases sellers offer bulk shipping discount when more than one product is bought from the seller in the same category.

Do you deliver internationally?

No, we do not deliver internationally; our operations are limited to INDIA only.

Do I need to pay anything apart from product cost and shipping cost?

The total amount charged at the time of placing the order is inclusive of shipping charges, if any. However, Octroi and other state specific charges (if applicable) will have to be paid by you at the time of delivery.
